6 To support the development of the Policy Paper from a Spanish perspective, STP engaged five experts in answering the questionnaire. They were as follows: Name of the organization: ACCEM/ MUNICIPALITY OF MADRID/ STPEUROPA Position in the organization: ADULT MIGRANT TEACHERS/ SOCIAL WORKERS The following provides a summary of the findings and recommendations that we collected through completing the policy questionnaire with these individuals: 1. What is the impact that ENTRADA project could have on migrant people in your local community and your country? ENTRADA can have a great impact on migrant people, especially through the training of adult educators and professionals who work with them. Training and making them reflect on intercultural issues will definitely improve their daily work, which will positively affect the users they work with. 2. In your opinion, do the activities carried out by ENTRADA and other similar initiatives have a positive impact on the integration of marginalized migrant people in the labour market? Activities carried out by ENTRADA might support the integration of marginalized migrant people with a certain academic level. Webquest on economic integration will help them to understand how employment works on the foster Society and to develop skills they need for increasing their employability. Also, Webquest on social integration will improve their communication abilities, improving their soft skills. However, migrants with low academic levels will find it difficult to understand information, either because they are not speakers of the languages included, because information is too complex for them, or even they are illiterate. In addition, we usually run into the digital barrier when we try to use digital resources with them. Many of them have never used a computer, so they firstly have to learn and be familiar with technologies so they can have access to these and other resources.
